Uso de Cookies

This website may use technical cookies (small files containing information which the server sends to the computer of the person accessing the page) to perform certain functions that are considered essential to ensure the correct operation and visualisation of the site. The cookies used are, in any case, temporary in nature, whereby their sole purpose is to make navigation more efficient; cookies will be deleted automatically when the user’s session has ended. Under no circumstances will these cookies be used to provide personal data in their own right, nor will they be used to collect such information.

By using cookies, it is also possible that the server hosting the website will recognise the browser used by the user in order to facilitate a smoother browsing experience, e.g. by allowing users who have previously registered to access certain areas, services, promotions or contests reserved exclusively for them without having to register with each new visit. They can also be used to measure the audience of the website and other internet traffic parameters, as well as to monitor progress over time and the number of visits, etc.; in these cases, the cookies are not technically indispensable, but do provide benefits to the user. This website will not install any unnecessary cookies without the prior consent of the user.

This website uses analytic cookies to enable the ‘one-time visit’ feature to facilitate browsing for the user. Any user who visits the website will be informed of the use of these cookies by means of a floating banner whereby an acceptance of processing implies consent to their use. If the user accepts the use of cookies, the banner will disappear; however, the user may revoke their consent at any time, or obtain more information by referring to our Cookie Policy.

The user has the option of configuring their browser to be alerted whenever cookies are received, and to prevent their installation on their computer. Please refer to the usage instructions of your browser for more information.

Hyperlinks policy

It is possible that the user may be redirected from this website to content from third-party websites. Given that the Responsible Entity cannot always control the content hosted by third parties on their respective websites, it cannot assume any responsibility for such content. In any event, the Responsible Entity shall immediately withdraw any content which may contravene national or international law, moral standards or public order, whereby the link or redirection to the website in question will be removed, whilst at the same time bringing the relevant content to the attention of the competent authorities.

The Responsible Entity is not liable for any information or content stored, including but not limited to such information or content on forums, chats, blogs, comments, social media channels or any other means, where third parties are permitted to publish content independently on the website hosted by the Responsible Entity. However, in compliance with Articles 11 and 16 of LSSICE, it shall make itself available to all users, authorities and/or security forces, to actively cooperate in the withdrawal or, where appropriate, blocking of all content which may be implicated in or contravene national or international law, the rights of third parties, moral standards, and maintenance of public order. In the event that a user believes that it may be possible to classify any content on the website as such, then the user is requested to notify the website administrator immediately.

This website has been reviewed and tested to ensure its proper functioning. In principle, proper functioning of the website can be guaranteed 365 days per year, 24 hours a day. However, The Responsible Entity does not rule out the possibility of certain programming errors, or the occurrence of force-majeure causes, natural disasters, strikes or similar circumstances that may make it impossible to access the website.

IP addresses

The servers hosting the website will be able to automatically detect the IP address and domain name used by the user. An IP address is a number automatically assigned to a specific computer when the computer connects to the Internet. All this information is recorded in a duly registered server activity file which facilitates subsequent processing of the data in order to obtain purely statistical measurements that allow for determination of the number of page impressions, the number of visits made to the web servers, the order of visits, the access point, etc..
