INFORMATION FOR USERS  

 

¿WHO IS RESPONSIBLE FOR PROCESSING YOUR PERSONAL DATA?  

Bienzobas Salud S.L. Is the RESPONSIBLE ENTITY for the processing of the personal data of the USER, and hereby notifies users that all user data will be processed in accordance with the provisions of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of 27 April (GDPR) and Organic Law 3/2018 of 5 December (LOPDGDD).

 

WHY DO WE PROCESS YOUR PERSONAL DATA?  

In order to maintain a business relationship with the user. The planned operations for carrying out data processing are:

  • Transmission of commercial advertising communications by email, fax, SMS, MMS, social network channels, or any other electronic or physical means, either in the present or future, which make it possible to carry out commercial communications. These communications will be carried out by the RESPONSIBLE ENTITY and will be related to its products and services, or the same from its associates or suppliers with whom it has reached an agreement on advertising. In this case, third parties will never have access to personal data.
  • To conduct market analysis and statistical analysis.
  • To process orders and requests; and to respond to queries or any type of request made by the USER through any of the forms of contact made available to them on the website hosted by the RESPONSIBLE ENTITY.
  • To send out the online newsletter with information on news, offers and promotions relating to our activities.

 

WHY CAN WE PROCESS YOUR PERSONAL DATA?

Because processing is permitted under Article 6 of the GDPR as follows:

  • With the consent of the USER: for transmission of commercial communications and newsletters.
  • For the legitimate interest of the RESPONSIBLE ENTITY: to carry out market analysis, statistical analysis, etc., and to process orders, requests, etc. at the request of the USER

 

HOW LONG WILL WE STORE YOUR PERSONAL DATA FOR?

The data will be stored for no longer than is necessary to fulfil the purpose of the data processing, or unless legal requirements are in place that dictate their storage; where it is no longer necessary to do so, the data will be deleted whilst ensuring that appropriate security measures are in place to guarantee anonymisation of data or complete destruction of data.

 

WHO DO WE PROVIDE YOUR PERSONAL DATA TO?

No provision is made for the communication of personal data to third parties other than where this is necessary for achieving the purposes for which data was collected, whereby data may be provided to our service providers in relation to communications, with whom the RESPONSIBLE ENTITY has signed confidentiality agreements and data management contracts as required by the privacy regulations currently in force.

 

WHAT ARE YOUR RIGHTS?

The rights of the USER under the GDPR include:

  • The right to withdraw consent to processing at any time.
  • To right to access, correct, transfer and delete your data, and to limit or object to its processing.
  • The right to file a claim with the supervisory authority (www.aepd.es) if the user considers that data processing does not comply with the regulations in force.

1. COMPULSORY OR OPTIONAL NATURE OF THE INFORMATION PROVIDED BY THE USER

By checking the corresponding boxes and entering data into the fields marked with an asterisk (*) on the contact form, or those present on downloaded forms, USERS expressly, freely and unequivocally agree that their data is required by the provider to fulfil their request, and that providing data in the remaining input fields is voluntary. The USER guarantees that the personal data provided to the Responsible Entity is truthful, and is responsible for communicating any changes to this data to the Responsible Entity.

The Responsible Entity hereby notifies that all data requested through the website is mandatory as they are required to provide an optimal service to the USER. In the event that some of the data is not provided, there is no guarantee that the information and services provided will be fully adapted to the specific USER’s needs.

 

2. SECURITY MEASURES

In accordance with the regulations in force for the protection of personal data, the RESPONSIBLE ENTITY shall comply with all the provisions of the GDPR and LOPDGDD for the processing of personal data under its own responsibility, and manifestly shall comply with the principles established under Article 5 of the GDPR, whereby such data are to be processed in a lawful, fair and transparent manner in relation to the person concerned, with processing being appropriate, relevant and limited to what is strictly necessary in relation to the purposes for which the data has been collected.

 

The RESPONSIBLE ENTITY guarantees that it has implemented appropriate technical and organisational policies to apply the security measures as laid down by the GDPR and LOPDGDD in order to protect the rights and freedoms of USERS, and has communicated the appropriate information to USER so as that they are in a position to exercise such rights and freedoms.
